MAKE A GINGER TEA

METHOD--
TWO INCH KNOB OF GINGER
TWO INCH PIECES OF TURMERIC ROOT
   OR
TWO TSP TURMERIC POWDER
TWO DASHES OF CAYENNE
  OR
JUICE HALF AHABANARO
  OR
JALAPERIO PEPPER
FOUR DROPS LEMON  JUICE
THREE  DROPES VANILLA STEVIA
TWO QUARTS WATER
GINGER----
Ginger can be used to fight cold and flu ease stomach, discomfort ,reduce pain and inflammation, strengthen the immune system, stimulate blood circulation, relieve stress, treat bad breath and even aid in the fight against cancer.
