This Baking Soda Shampoo Will Save Your Hair

Shampoos dry out your scalp, and the lack of natural oils only stimulates the oil production. If you stop using your shampoo you might face the fact that you hair gets greasier than normal for the first few weeks, or just until your scalp adjusts.
If you start using this method, your hair will not get as oily as it does usually. All you should do is repeat the method every 2-3 days. Baking soda and vinegar treatment is super-cheap, effective, simple and chemical-free, and we bet that you will love it as much as we do.

METHOD---

You may find it hard to wash your hair without all the shampoo foam at first, but be patient and wait for the final results.

BAKING SODA---

First, mix 1 part of baking soda and 3 parts of water. For shoulder length hair, for example, mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of baking soda and 3 times that amount of water. Y
You should better mix the ingredients in a small squeeze bottle. You can adjust the dosing depending on your hair length.
Apply the home made ‘shampoo’ to a dry or wet hair. Start at the roots and work to the ends. Leave the mixture for 1 – 3 minutes and rinse well. Warm water works better, as it will remove any remains.
After you have washed and rinsed the baking soda mixture, it is time to apply a vinegar rinse.
VINEGAR RINSE---
Combine 1 part of apple cider vinegar and 4 parts of water. If you do not like the vinegar smell, you can also add a few drops of lavender, peppermint, and/or rosemary essential oil to the vinegar mixture. It is more handy if you could mix a big batch of this rinse ahead of time and keep the squeeze bottle in your bathroom.

How To Apply It?--

Tilt the head back and close your eyes. In that way you will avoid the possibility of getting some of the vinegar mixture into your eyes. Distribute the rinse through your hair.
If you have a longer hair, tilt your head forward (keep your eyes still closed), and distribute some more of the rinse on the ends.
Wait for a few seconds, then rinse with cold water. The cold water will seal the moisture in, smooth the hair, and add a healthy shine. If you have problems with frizz and static, this method will sure help you.
Share this method with your closest friends and family, so you can all enjoy your healthy hair shine!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Amazing Benefits of Skin Icing-------------
------------------------------------------
Skin icing is one of the most popular modern beauty rituals and it contributes to better looking skin. Beauty experts have long used this therapy in spas and skin care treatments, thanks to its wide range of benefits.
Korean women are known for their detailed beauty rituals and skin icing is a regular technique in their skin care treatments.

  • Refresh the face
  • Prevent the formation of wrinkles
  • Fight acne and blemishes
  • Improve blood circulation and give the skin a healthy complexion
We have listed more benefits provided by this morning and evening ritual:---------
1. Smoother Skin
Skin icing tightens skin and shrinks enlarged pores by unclogging the pores that look larger because of excess sebum and debris. Skin icing tones face skin and makes it look smooth.
2. Pore Primer
Skin icing is a cheap skin toner and works great when applied before makeup. It minimizes the pores underneath the makeup, and the foundation looks smooth and flawless. Try icing your face and then apply your primer.
3. Improves Circulation
Skin icing improves blood circulation. Ice constricts blood vessels and less blood goes to the skin surface. This is great in cases of inflammation or swelling. The body responds to the cold treatment and sends an increased flow of warm blood to the treated area.
4. Great For Puffy Eyes
Skin icing reduces swellings, and thus reduces the bags under your eyes.
5. Wrinkle Buster
Icing eases the signs of wrinkles and slows the creation of new wrinkles.
6. Control Blemishes
Skin icing reduces swelling and redness, so it is great for pimples. The ice also soothes irritation.
Apply the skin icing technique once you notice a new pimple and it will slow the inflammation. This will help you reduce the size and number of blemishes. Hold an ice cube on the acne for several seconds, or until it feels a little numb. Repeat the technique every other night.
Skin icing does not require any special effort. Do it in the morning and/or evening. Follow these instructions:
1. First, cleanse your face thoroughly.
2. Wrap one or two ice cubes in a gauze or any other kind of soft cloth.
3. When the ice starts melting and dampens the cloth, apply it to the face.
4. Hold it on different areas on the face for 1-2 minutes.
5. Move the ice gently using circular movements. Go up along the chin and the jaw line, up the cheeks, and along the forehead and nose. Take special care for the area underneath your eyes.
6. Finish with toner, acne treatment or moisturizer.
Note:
  1. Skin icing is often applied without covering the ice cubes. If that is your choice as well, make sure you wear gloves because you will not be able to hold the ice for long if you do it with bare hands.
  2. Do not worry if you cannot use ice directly on the skin. The same effect can be achieved when holding the cubes with a soft cloth.
  3. If you still decide to use bare ice, do not apply it straight from the freezer, as it can break the capillaries under the skin.
  4. Avoid using ice if you already have broken capillaries and do not use it for too long.
  5. Stop the treatment if you feel uncomfortable. The icing should not be applied for more than 15 minutes.
  6. For better results, add come lemon, rosewater, green tea, cucumber, chamomile tea, and other skin-friendly ingredients to the water for the ice cubes, depending on your skin type.

You Drink Honey Water On an Empty Stomach

Here are some of the great benefits you can get: from honey water.-----

2.Honey-water flushes parasites out of the digestive tract and prevents their multiplication. It can also eliminate the toxic buildups in the intestins.

4.Your colon works properly. Honey-water restores its micro flora and flushes any microorganisms out.
5.This combination regulates uncontrolled night urination. Honey absorbs excess water, meaning your kidneys function properly, without being overworked.
DOSING---

Drink your honey-water in the morning before you eat or drink anything. This is an excellent prevention against many ailments. Drink it without any breaks. Stomach valves open quickly and the water enters your digestion tract, and later it water enters the blood stream.
Experts suggest that you drink honey-water in the morning and before you go to bed. Honey-water eases kidney function, so you should not worry about any problems that may occur if you drink it in the evening.

15 Foods That People Refrigerate But Shouldn’t

TOMATOES----

1. Tomatoes definitely do not belong to your fridge because they will lose their flavor. The reason for this is the cold air in the refrigerator that stops their ripening process and therefore their flavor is endangered. Also, cold air has an impact in the texture of tomatoes because it breaks down the membranes inside the tomatoes and turns them mealy. The best way to keep your tomatoes is in a basket or a glass bowl on the kitchen counter.

BASIL
2. The biggest problem with keeping basil in the fridge is that he will absorb all the smells of the food that surrounds it. Instead, try keeping it outside the fridge, in a cup of fresh water. If you really need to keep the basil for a longer period of time, try some of the freezing tips for basil on the internet.

POTATOES---
3. There is a big misunderstanding with keeping potatoes in a cool and not cold place. Cold temperatures turn the starch of potato into sugar more quickly than you think. Try putting potatoes in a paper bag in a cool and dark place in your home instead. It is better to put potatoes in paper and not plastic bags because  potatoes can receive more air in paper bags, which will slow the deterioration process.

GARLIC---
4. Garlic has the same problem with fridge that potatoes have. You should keep it in a cool and dark place instead of the fridge. In cold temperatures, garlic will start to sprout and it may become moldy too

ONION---.
5. The moisture in onions makes them soft and eventually moldy of you put them in the fridge. Instead, keep them in a dry, cool and dark place. However, keep potatoes and onions separate when placing them in that dark and cool place at your home. The reason for this is because when stored together- onions and potatoes deteriorate faster.

AVOCADOS---
6. There’s a catch with keeping avocados in the fridge. If you bought them ripe and you don’t need to use them right away, they can go to fridge. However, if you want your avocados to ripen, don’t put them in the refrigerator. The cold air will stop the ripening.

OLIVE---

7. Most of people agree on this one- do not put your olive oil in the fridge. In low temperatures the olive oil condenses and turns into a harder consistency, similar to butter. Instead, keep your favorite olive oil in a cool and dark place.

BREAD--
-8. One of the biggest mistakes you can make with keeping your food fresh is to put bread in the fridge. You should keep bread out on the counter because the fridge will dry out your bread very quickly. Generally, the bread that you will eat in the next four days should be sliced and ready to be eaten and the rest should be frozen. Be sure to wrap the bread in the freezer so it keeps its moisture. Also, when removing it from the freezer, let it thaw slowly and completely before you toast it or eat it.

COFFEE---           9. Coffee will lose its flavor when put in the refrigerator. Just like basil, it may take on some smells of other food in the fridge. Instead, you should store coffee in a dark and cool place so it retains its freshness and full flavor. However, you can store larger quantities of coffee in the freezer!

HONEY---          10.  You should not keep honey in the fridge because- there is no need to if you keep it tightly sealed. This way it will be good forever. On the other hand, if you keep honey in refrigerator it
may crystallize.

LEMON---                11. Lemons, oranges and limes should be stored at room temperatures and on your kitchen counter. Cold air can damage the quality of these fruits. Be sure not to keep them too closely outside the fridge, though. Keeping them to tight together can make them mold more quickly.

PICKLE----                   12. Pickles are high in preservatives, mainly vinegar. This makes them crisp even when you leave them in the pantry. However, if you demand your pickles cold, you should store them in the refrigerator door, because you leave the coldest places if the fridge for some items that need them more than pickles do.

HERBS---             13. There is actually no need to place those nice herbs you bought at the market in the fridge. Instead of killing its flavor in cold temperatures, place them in a water-filled glass jar and keep them on the kitchen counter. This way your kitchen will look nicer and your herbs will appreciate it too.

SALAD--                        14. Most salad dressings, just like other condiments, can be stored outside the refrigerator, especially ones that are vinegar or oil based. Have in mind that salad dressings that are cream, mayo or yogurt based should be kept in the fridge.

KETCHUP---                      15. Don’t be surprised! Even when opened, ketchup can be kept in the pantry. Because it contains large amounts of vinegar and preservatives, it will not go off outside the fridge. And if you don’t believe us, just think of the ketchup packets at fast food restaurants.
